My name is Andrea, I am Chilean, I speak Spanish, I came to live in Knoxville at the beginning of 2020, just before the pandemic, following my family who was already here two years before. I have three children that I love above all and now a grandson who brightens my days. The time I have been here has made me fall in love with this city, its clean streets, the well-kept gardens, the kindness of the people who live here. I love seeing the climate changes in this city: spring, the Azaleas, the Magnolias and the flowering trees are something that takes my breath away. In autumn the city is flooded with the change in the color of its trees, reds, oranges, yellows illuminate the shade of all the browns you can imagine. In winter when snow falls you can enjoy what is truly a white Christmas and summer with its intense heat makes you appreciate the miles of the meandering Tennessee River.I am passionate about houses, neighborhoods, streets and I am curious to know behind each window what the life of the person who lives in that home will be like. I am very service-oriented and doing things well, which is why I believe that with the tools that my broker offers me, I can provide the most dedicated service to my clients.
